Our Commitment to Warranty

In the ensuing months after handover you may experience or notice that some minor defects have appeared in your new home. Often this is a perfectly normal occurrence due to the settling of the house.

Hermitage Homes Warranty

Hermitage Homes offers a comprehensive New Home Warranty service which occurs three (3) months after handover.

Manufacturers Warranty

Hermitage Homes partner some of Australia’s leading suppliers and manufacturers in the construction of your new home. Each provides a comprehensive warranty to support their products.

Emergency Warranty

On occasion an emergency situation may occur with your new home. We understand the urgency required and will attend to and rectify any major issue quickly and efficiently with as minimal disruption to you as possible.

Structural Warranty

In addition to internal and manufacturers’ warranty, Hermitage Homes is fully insured by QBE Insurance who provide comprehensive cover for domestic building work performed by a Licensed Builder. Under the terms of the policy Structural Defects in respect of loss or damage are covered for six (6) years after the Completion Date of the insurable domestic building work.
